If you are using any version of ZoneAlarm on a Windows XP/2000 computer, and you install the Microsoft Update KB951748, you may lose your Internet access. You will need to uninstall that hotfix, so that you can get back online. Then get the newest version of ZoneAlarm by following the links here.
